Giving Back

Both during and after work hours, Black Dot employees are actively involved with our communities. Support has been given to large charitable organizations such as the Boys Scouts of America, National Multiple Sclerosis Society as well as smaller nonprofits such as Families Forward, Joyful Foundation, Women’s Wardrobe and several others.

Every holiday season, Black Dot employees adopt several local families in financial crisis, providing holiday gifts for parents and children. Most of the gifts are donated by our employees. Giving back is part of our culture and the benefits far exceed any cost. These acts of charity strengthen employee morale and build long-lasting friendships and memories. The overwhelming support of these programs among employees is remarkable.
